They strive to be courteous, efficient, and service oriented as their goal is to provide excellent patient service and treatment. They attend continuing education courses routinely, and are extremely up-to-date on state of the art orthodontic procedures.

Our team has earned this distinguished level of achievement by completing countless hours of continuing education and passing rigorous testing on orthodontic technique and theory. Audrey has worked for Dr. Scott as a clinical assistant since January, 2004. Her total experience in the field of orthodontics, however, started in August, 1999. Audrey received her COA (certified orthodontic assistant) certificate from the D. A. N. B. (Dental Assistant's National Board) in March, 2007. Audrey is also AOAC Team Certified. Audrey is an outstanding clinical assistant and takes pride in her technical work as well as her communication skills with patients. Audrey has a son whom she spends most of her time with. She also loves to exercise and enjoys the beautiful Colorado outdoors. |

Debby C. is our proficient insurance coordinator. She also assists the practice administrator with financial information concerning patients' accounts. Debby has worked for Dr. Scott since July, 1996, and was our appointment coordinator for her first 13 years here. Debby is responsible for all aspects regarding insurance including verification of benefits and the filing of all claims. She is married and has two married children and four grandchildren. Debbie's hobbies are reading and jewelry making. |

Debby D. is our appointment coordinator and has worked in our office since September, 1985. In addition, Debby was a very capable clinical assistant in our office for her first 25 years here, and still assists in the treatment area when needed. In addition, Debby is AOAC Team Certified. She enjoys visiting with and getting to know our patients and their families. Debby has two adult children, a step-son, and six grandchildren. She enjoys sewing, embroidery, riding Harley Davidson motorcycles with her husband, as well as walking, camping and spending time with her family. |

Jodene is the very proficient treatment and staff coordinator for our office. As the treatment coordinator, she assists the doctors' at initial exams and consultations as well as setting up financial arrangements for our patients. She has functioned as a laboratory technician, clinical assistant and operatory supervisor. She has worked for Dr. Scott since October, 1987, and is AOAC Team Certified. Jodene enjoys all aspects of the orthodontic treatment process, especially communications with parents and patients. She feels as though it is rewarding to watch patients self esteem increase with their treatment. Over the years her position has been very gratifying and she especially likes to see past patients bring their children to our office with pride and confidence in Dr. Scott and his terrific team. Jodene is married to John, and they have two married children and four grandchildren, whom she loves to spend time with. She enjoys reading, sewing, sports and spending time with her family. |

Joyce is our competent financial and practice administrator. She has experience in the aspect of orthodontic administration for over 25 years. Joyce is well versed in the field of orthodontic insurance benefits as well, and can be relied on by all of our patients' parents to provide reliable and timely information concerning their accounts and insurance benefits. Joyce is Dr. Scott's wife and although rarely seen or heard from, is in the background making sure that our patients interests are well taken care of. Joyce and Dr. Scott have two children and two grandchildren which they love to spend time with. In addition, Joyce is an avid gardener and enjoys reading and decorating. |

Karen is our very competent laboratory technician. Although seldom seen by most of our patients, she is an important member of our team. Karen works behind the scenes creating special appliances such as retainers. Karen also has skills as a clinical assistant, although she rarely has time to use them. One of Karen's strengths is the difficult task of adjusting and maintaining splints for temporomandibular joint therapy. Karen is also an expert in diagnostic technology and has worked with Dr. Scott since October, 1981, and is AOAC Team Certified. Karen is married and the mother of three grown boys and the grandmother of two. Her hobbies are quilting, spending time with her family and scrapbooking. |

Kristin is a valuable member of our team functioning as a clinical assistant, and is AOAC Team Certified. In addition, Kristin has typing and transcription skills and is familiar with the communication aspect of the office. Her goal is to make every patient feel completely comfortable and well cared for. Kristin has worked for Dr. Scott since October, 2000. She also has an additional seven years experience in the dental and orthodontic field. Kristin enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Steve, and their two children. |

Marcia is the very busy and outstanding communication coordinator for Dr. Scott. For the first five years with our office, she was the appointment coordinator. In addition, she also functions as a treatment coordinator when needed. Marcia started working for Dr. Scott in October, 1981. Years ago Dr. Scott joked that Marcia would end her career in his office. Marcia would disagree then, but it seems as though that will be the outcome! She feels as though one of the most fulfilling aspects of her job is the very rewarding part of seeing patients go through treatment and end up with their beautiful smiles. Marcia and her husband, Tony, have two daughters and one grandson which keep her very busy. |

Mari has worked for Dr. Scott since September, 1989. Her primary duties as an orthodontic lab assistant include preparing study models for the doctors and making appliances. She also has many years experience as a clinical assistant in our office and will work on patients when needed. In addition, Mari is AOAC Team Certified. Mari is married and has a married daughter and two grandchildren. Quilting is her favorite hobby and she is a member of a local quilt club. |

Tammy is our outstanding clinical supervisor. She has been a clinical assistant in our office since August, 2000. She graduated from Pueblo Community College's dental assisting program, and immediately began working for Dr. Scott. Tammy is also experienced in our lab and is AOAC Team Certified. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys riding motorcycles, camping, and hanging out with her husband and children. She also takes pride in instructing elderly women in water aerobics at the YWCA. |
